Merchandise at the Event
A variety of merchandise will be available for attendees to purchase at Fan Festival 2026 in Berlin. The event is cashless, so please bring credit/debit cards or digital forms of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, VPay, Maestro, girocard and AMEX, alongside Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Location & Operating Hours
The merchandise store will be located in Hall 1.2. A wristband will be required to visit the merchandise store. Note that lines will start being capped up to an hour before the concert begins each night. Review the Merchandise Store hours in the Schedule section.
Time Slot Reservations
The Fan Festival mobile app will show available time slots for the weekend which can be selected any time before or during the event. Please note that slots will be raffled and will not be issued on a first come, first served basis. A push notification will be sent out once time slots become available, however we suggest to also check the app manually from time to time. Any successfully secured timeslots will be shown in your Fan Fest app.
To register for a merchandise store timeslot, select your preferred time slot(s) in the app. To participate, you must first link your ticket by scanning the ticket QR code or entering your ticket number manually. Each attendee can link their own ticket to the app and register independently. The app will notify you if you have been allocated a timeslot. When entering the merchandise store, staff will scan your ticket QR code to verify your reservation. Please note that each allocated timeslot is valid for one attendee only and is linked to the ticket used for the registration (with exceptions for those under the age of 18 or those with accessibility needs). Stock is available while supplies last and having a time slot allocated does not guarantee the ability to purchase every item. Some items may have a limit per purchase.

After the event ends, any remaining stock will be made available at a later date for purchase on the Square Enix Store!
