Meet & Greet Details
At this year’s Fan Festival in Berlin, we have scheduled a number of Meet & Greet sessions featuring various members of the FFXIV team and our musical guest performers, who will appear in sessions throughout Saturday and Sunday.
Please note that due to the size of the event, we will not be able to accommodate all attendees. In our effort to create a fair system, tickets to each session will be raffled randomly out of all the applications via the Fan Festival app. In the app, you will be able to view information regarding each meet and greet photo session, how to register for the available time slots, and the attending guests.
To ensure that everyone with a winning ticket can participate in their session, please arrive 15 minutes ahead of the session time at the meet and greet area (see the map in your Fan Festival app). The Meet & Greet will happen in hub27, Level Beta. Our visitors shall use the escalators to 1st Level – the reception for Meet & Greet will welcome the people directly after the escalator.
Successful applicants who arrive after the starting time of their session may be denied participation. All meet and greet sessions are for photographs only, and personal items cannot be autographed.
Upon opening the Fan Festival app, please select your preferred meet and greet slots. There is no limit to the number of slots you can apply for.
The app will automatically notify attendees if they have been selected for a Meet & Greet photo session one to two hours prior to each meet and greet session. However, we recommend checking your app regularly so you don't miss any updates!
Attendees can cancel their reservations at any time, and any newly available spots will be reallocated automatically. As a result, additional last-minute opportunities to join a Meet & Greet may become available, so it's worth checking the app regularly even after the initial raffle if you are interested in participating.
Meet & Greet Guidelines
Selected applicants will receive an assigned time slot and Meet & Greet guest selection that may be subject to change.
Reservations are only for one person. You cannot bring additional guests (+1s) to the session. (With exceptions for those under the age of 18 or those with accessibility needs.)
No autographs will be permitted during the sessions.
Participants must provide their own camera or phone for the photograph.
Guests cannot accept gifts during the Meet & Greet sessions.
Time slots are non-exchangeable and non-transferrable. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation and make the slot available for others. Sales of reservations will not be tolerated.
Square Enix reserves the right to deny entry to the listed session for any reason.
