Glamoured to Life returns to Fan Festival 2026 in Berlin!
We're thrilled to announce that Glamoured to Life will be taking place at Fan Festival 2026 in Berlin! We love seeing our players attend in costume, and we're excited to once again offer the opportunity to showcase your cosplay on stage. Whether you're attending as your favourite FFXIV character, creature, or your very own Warrior of Light, we encourage any interested attendees of all skill levels to sign up - either individually or as part of a group!
Entry Requirements
Must be in FINAL FANTASY XIV-themed costume to participate.
Must have a Fan Festival 2026 in Berlin ticket and attend in-person.
Must adhere to the Costume Guidelines & Policies.
Must be aged 18+ at the time of Fan Festival 2026 in Berlin.
Entry Period
Thursday, 21 May 2026 at 11:00 (BST) to Sunday, 21 June 2026 at 23:59 (BST)
Stage Show Information
Glamoured to Life is a 60-minute show that will take place on Sunday, 26 July 2026.
Participants will have approximately 30 seconds to traverse the stage, pause and pose, and continue off the stage.
Approximately 100 walk slots will be allocated for the duration of the stage show.
A "walk slot" may consist of an individual or a group walking on stage.
90 walk slots will be confirmed before the event. Selected participants will receive a confirmation email from sew-ffxiv-communityeu@eu.square-enix.com to the email they apply with in late June 2026.
10 walk slots will be offered on a first come first serve on site for costumed attendees on Saturday, 25 July 2026 to cover participant cancellations.
* It is highly recommended to apply ahead of the show if you wish to participate as these 10 slots will fill up fast!
All participants must check in during the event at the cosplay check-in counter to receive their walk number.
Participant Selection
In order to accommodate as many attendees on stage as possible, we would like to encourage Warriors of Light to register their interest as a group and participate together. Due to strict stage show time limits we may be unable to allow all registered applicants the ability to participate.

If you are no longer able, or no longer wish, to participate in the Glamoured to Life stage show after submitting your application, please email sew-ffxiv-communityeu@eu.square-enix.com to withdraw your application. This will help us to ensure we can accommodate as many participants as possible. This email may also be used for questions regarding the stage show. We are unable to accept any registrations via this email address.

How to use the Entry Submission Form
Proceed to the Entry Submission Form.
After visiting the submission form page, log in with your Square Enix account.
Fill out all the required information:

* Select the FFXIV character you would like to receive the prize. Ensure the character with the correct Home World is selected.

* Please note that images shared via the imgur website or Discord will not be accepted.
Will you be walking on stage in a premade group?
What is your group's unique code? (Applicable to group applications)
* Coordinate with your group members to create a unique code that you all include in your individual applications so we can register you as a group. Create a code that is distinct and not generic so you do not accidentally overlap with another! For security reasons, please refrain from sharing the unique code outside of your premade group. You may be requested to provide the unique code to staff members on-site at the event.

On this screen, you can confirm the information you've entered. Make sure there are no errors in the submitted information and select "Submit Entry" to proceed. If you would like to edit your submitted information, select "Edit Entry." Once you finish submitting your entry, the following screen will be displayed.
Participation Reward
Warriors of Light who participate in Glamoured to Life on stage while in costume will be eligible to receive the following in-game item - one (1) Loporrit Earring for their efforts!
The reward listed above is scheduled to be delivered on or about 31 August 2026.
