Fan Festival 2026 in Berlin Mobile App Now Available!

We're pleased to announce that we have created a free mobile app to help attendees get the most out of Fan Festival 2026 in Berlin! The app provides helpful tools for attendees, including a comprehensive schedule of stage events, detailed maps of the event, and more information about the show, including an FAQ.

The app can also be used to apply for a chance to enter our meet and greet opportunities, as well as to reserve slots for the merchandise store and crafting areas.

Finally, the European Community team is also running a caption contest as part of their stage show on Saturday, 25 July, and entries can be submitted via the mobile app, so be sure to check it out!

The app is ready to download now, and we recommend installing and setting it up before you arrive, so you’re ready for an unforgettable weekend in Berlin.

While the Event App will provide attendees with a more convenient way to access event information, schedules, activity registrations and notifications, it is important to note that the application is not intended to be a mandatory requirement for participation in Fan Festival.

How to access the Mobile App

Attendees will have received a link to access the mobile app via the email addressed connected with their Fan Festival 2026 in Berlin ticket.

Please note: This is a web-based application. The minimum supported browser versions are Google Chrome 90 and Safari 18.4 (iOS 16.4 or later).
The app does not collect or store any personal data. For technical and operational purposes, only the user's IP address and mobile device type are processed.

If you encounter any issues with the app while on site, please visit the Info Counter in Hall 1.2 or by the hub27 entrance, where you can also apply for merchandise, meet and greet, and crafting slots.
